        <description>Boil eggs for 12 minutes on medium heat in a small saucepan.  Remove from heat run, empty remaining water, and add cold to stop the cooking process.   Let eggs stand in cold water for five minutes.  Remove shell (best under cool water).  Then cut eggs as desired.  You can remove egg yolk if preferred by cutting egg in half and taking out the yoke.  Next, dice avocado and tomato and place them next to eggs.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  You can also add chili pepper flakes or cayenne pepper to make it spicy.</description>

Then, add potatoes and any additional seasoning you desire, and cook for another couple minutes.  Next, add egg whites and make sure it is well distributed in your saucepan.  Place cover on saucepan and lower heat to a simmer.  Cook for about five to eight minutes.  Check to make sure eggs are cooked then serve.</description>

for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add tomatoes, grapes, peas and 1-1/2 tsp. sea salt for 15 more minutes.</description>

prepare the dry rub combining all ingredients in a small bowl.
Coat the steaks thoroughly with the rub, wrap them in plastic and
refrigerate until 30 minutes before grilling. Grill to desired
doneness.

Sage Sauce:
Combine oil, fresh sage and basil in small saucepan. Cook over
medium heat about 10 minutes. Strain the sage and basil
leaves. Spoon sauce over grilled steaks. </description>

minutes before cooking. Cook steaks until desired doneness and
serve with warm tomatoes.</description>

        <description>Heat oil in skillet and sauté onion until soft, about 7 minutes.
Remove from pan. Brown meat until it loses its pink color, about 3
minutes. Add spinach and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes. Add
onion and salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk the 3 eggs
together. Pour the eggs into the center of the pan and cook slightly
before mixing with the rest of the hash. Continue cooking until eggs
are done to desire.</description>
