Detox Essentials: You will be taking 4 capsules twice anytime during the day for the entire 16 weeks of Dr. McCombs' Candida Plan. There are 120 vegetarian capsules per bottle which will last for 2 weeks. You will need a total of 8 bottles of Detox Essentials for the entire Plan.

Flora Prime: You will be taking 5 capsules twice day between meals starting on week 7 through week 17 of Dr. McCombs' Candida Plan. There are 100 vegetarian capsules per bottle which will last for 10 days. You will need a total of 7 bottles of Flora Prime for the entire Plan. Refrigerate Flora Prime upon arrival. Do not freeze Flora Prime.
